David Richard -- Board Member At-Large

David graduated from Cal in '82 with B.A.'s in Political Science and Mass Communications. AFter receiving his law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law, he moved to Santa Barbara in 1986. He has his own law practice in Santa Barbara, and still spends the last week of each summer working at Cal's Lair of the Bear in the Sierra foothills.
