Jennifer graduated from Cal in 1988 with a BA in Legal Studies. With her graduation, her family celebrated three generations of alumni from Cal, including both Jennifer's parents.
Jennifer is also a third-generation female attorney, practicing law in the Santa Ynez Valley at McCarthy and Kornblum, a law firm established in 1948 by her grandmother, Elizabeth McCarthy.
As Membership Chair, Jennifer's goal is to increase both membership and activities in the north part of Santa Barbara County, although our newer members will tell you she doesn't turn away new members from anywhere. Among the activities she has arranged are the annual wine tasting, and the party to watch the Parade of Lights. You can be sure to meet Jennifer, and her parents (Alan '58 and Sheila (McCarthy) '56) at the Big Game Wine & Cheese each November!
