This is a time for public comments on matters not otherwise on the agenda but with the subject matter jurisdiction of the City Council. Comments shall be limited to 15 minutes, divided among those persons desiring to speak, but no person shall speak longer than 5 minutes. Persons wishing to speak on a specific item will be recognized at the time the agenda item is considered. Please be advised that, pursuant to State Law, any member of the public will be provided an opportunity to speak to the Council concerning any item on the agenda, before or during Council consideration of that item. Please be aware that items on the consent calendar are considered to be routine and are normally enacted by one unanimous vote of the Council. Request for a development plan to construct 126 single family residential homes on property located at 5800 Via Real. The site is zoned Agriculture (A-10). The project request includes a Local Coastal Plan/General Plan Amendment, Change of Zone, Development Plan, Tract Map, Lot Line Adjustment, and an Urban/Rural Boundary Adjustment. An EIR and Addendum have been prepared for the proposed project. (APN 1-080-02, 30, 35, 40 and 41). Applicant: Harry Broderick
