Persons wishing to speak on a specific item will be recognized at the time the agenda item is considered. Request for a development plan to construct 126 single family residential homes on property located at 5800 Via Real. The site is zoned Agriculture (A-10). The project request includes a Local Coastal Plan/General Plan Amendment, Change of Zone, Development Plan, Tract Map, Lot Line Adjustment, and an Urban/Rural Boundary Adjustment.
