Notice is hereby given that a Special Worksession of the Carpinteria City Council will be held on Tuesday, July 22, 1997, at 6:00 P.M., in the Carpinteria City Council Chambers, City Hall, 5775 Carpinteria Avenue, Carpinteria, California to consider the following:

1. Call to Order/Roll Call

2. The Council will receive public comment concerning the matters that are the subject of the special meeting.

3. Worksession

Discussion regarding:

a. The development process in single family neighborhoods

c. Feasibility for waiving Development Impact Fee’s for public

agencies

d. Methodology for granting funding requests from non-profit groups

e. Desirability of creating a City Arts Commission

4. Adjournment

The above matters are the only matters scheduled to be considered at this special meeting.
