          with views of the horse under saddle (Peruvian tack optional), and 
          moving at the walk, paso llano, and sobreandando as follows:

          Moving toward the camera. 
          Moving away from the camera. 
          Passing the camera on both sides. 
          Horse's feet, pasterns, legs, and body in clear view. 
          Head, tail, and rump in clear view on side views. 
          Head in clear view on front view. 
          Tail and rump in clear view on hind views. 
          The rider's head and shoulders being in the view is optional.

    [  ] A check or money order for $20, made out to the PPHRNA, is enclosed 
         and is to be used for postage and handling.
