Mandala Sets: The mandala is a symbol sacred to both Hinduism and Buddhism. Often used in meditation, it's purpose is to draw the mind inward to perfect stillnessor the eye outward to perfect blindness (whichever comes first). These mandalas, created using Corel Photo-Paint and Kai's Power Tools, are all based on a simple black circle, with each rendering run through a variety of different filters and fractal gradients. Use the icons to navigate between pages.

Ritual Faces: This is a series of studies for Halloween or ceremonial masks. Each represents a different mood, attitude or archetype. Ancient cultures often wore masks or painted their faces to terrify enemies in battle, invoke a variety of spirits, or commune with natural forces in some way. I created this series in CorelDraw and then converted them to jpg format. The conversion from vector to bitmap format causes some unavoidable dithering. There are two pages of masks with navigation icons at the bottom of each.

Nudes With Attitudes: These were rendered from photographs, using a variety of applications. The resolution has been reduced a bit to speed downloading. I thought the first one might make a nice stained glass window, but I haven't been able to find a church that will go for it. Use the icons beneath each image to navigate.
