Station to assess the relationship between alcohol and domestic
violence. Several California communities are participating in
a media advocacy campaign, entitled Dangerous Promises, which
highlights the connection between alcohol advertising and
violence against women
4. Join Together published a Monthly Action Kit on domestic
violence which is posted on HandsNet/ Hot Off the Press/ Media
Action / July Action Kit 1994. This Kit includes facts and tips
on how to work with the media on this issue. It also provides
a reference list of key organizations and agencies.
