Gaviota Pier Cleanup Project

 The Gaviota State Beach Park Pier was almost pure white from visiting pelicans and seagulls... Both the smell and appearance weren't much to be desired... With the use of water, scrubbers and elbow grease, the pier was transformed into perfect condition.
