SOME SAMPLE REPORTS (THE FIRST PAGE ONLY)


 The Master Report
    This is the most detailed report. Assemblies from your estimate are on the left side of the page. The right side contains components included in each assembly, their quantities, waste and yield values, unit costs, and subtotals. The items in the following example are organized by Vendor.

• The Totals by Phase/Room/Vendor Reports
   The BOM Module automatically creates reports organized and subtotaled in one of 3 different styles-

The Totals by (Phase/Room/Vendor) Reports are collapsed views of the Master Report and serve well as a shopping list. The items in the following example are organized by Room. Note: Unit costs are also given for cost comparison pruposes, but they are hidden in the following example.

• The Chart of Costs
   This report is useful in determining at a glance where your material dollars are going. High ticket items and large quantities stand out in relation to other costs. These are the items you may want to shop around for. The items in the following example are organized by Phase/Trade.

• User Interface
   This page shows the user interface. There are buttons to automate the process of creating Bills-of-Materials Reports and to assist navigation.


• Press Release
   This is a 2-page summary of the main features of the Scheduling and Bill-of-Materials Modules.

• To Order
   You may use the E-mail or Fax-Back order form to expedite shipment. Orders may be placed by phone, FAX, or mail. Payment can be by check, credit card, or FAX Check.
