The Sage EMF Design team works with architects, builders and interior designers to incorporate low-EMF measures into design and construction of new homes and offices. This may be done during or after plans are drawn. We can review plans to trouble-shoot where high EMF would be likely, before construction begins. The team includes an electrical contractor with substantial experience in low-EMF techniques. Design and layout of electrical systems, and their interface with other mechanical systems (water pipes, gas lines, HVAC line sets) is important in keeping EMF as low as possible.

We have participated in the planning, design and building of homes which have no more than 0.1 mG to 0.3 mG magnetic fields in the vast majority of occupied space in the home (except very near to panels, appliances and mandated fluorescent lighting).
