Tide Pool
Carpinteria Beach

A beautiful day in November. This event started
with a nice beach walk in Carpinteria to various tide pools. A park docent
explained and showed various creatures of the deep that were stranded in
the shallow waters. Terry, our science teacher in the group also explained
various sights such as starfish, seals, and big hairy slugs that were seen.
The group met at an Italian restaurant after the walk.
